In the charming seaside town of Bexhill, we constructed a mixed development of modern luxury flats with a commercial unit below. The site had originally been used as station and required extensive clearance works. The flats were spread over two floors with the ground floor being used for a stunning communal entrance area. Located on a different side is the entrance to a Tesco Express commercial unit.
