We have commenced initial enabling works at our new scheme Gosfield, near Braintree. The stunning scheme consists of 17 houses, 11 of which are for private sale and 6 homes for shared ownership / affordable rent. Set in a picturesque part of Gosfield, the scheme shall utilise renewable technologies in the form of air-sourced heat pumps and future provisions for photo-voltaics and EV charging. The scheme is due to be delivered end of 2024
